    Why do I need a Zoho Partner?

    We are frequently approached by a number of clients who have tried to implement Zoho with the help of online Zoho Support. Zoho One however has over 45 + applications and some Zoho apps offer similar functionality. As Authorized Zoho Partners, Dynamic Digital Solutions can help you save both time and money by understanding your business strategy and by designing a Zoho Solution that works for your business.

    Do you provide Zoho training?

    Our office in Maroochydore is set up to facilitate client training and to fast track the implementation process. We have a dedicated 6 seat client hub and a boardroom. We also have further larger boardrooms available on site that can seat up to 28 people. We welcome our clients to come into our office where they can dedicate their time to learning how to use the system. 

    We can also facilitate onsite training at your offices in Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast or the Gold Coast. In a number of instances, we have attended construction sites to observe the teams in action and how they use Zoho. By observing how your team uses Zoho, we can establish whether the system is working as intended. We can also use these observations to refine the system and to improve efficiencies in the business.

    What if I am not based in Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast or the Gold Coast?

    We  work with our clients to meet their needs and requirements and can still provide onsite training in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth or Canberra.  We also have online training sessions available using a provider of your choice e.g. Zoho Meeting, Zoom, Microsoft Teams.

    Who handles the subscription payment with Zoho?

    Zoho will process your subscription payment. Your account will however be tagged with Dynamic Digital Solutions as your Authorized Zoho Partner. This is to facilitate any communications with Zoho on any of the 45+ Zoho apps on your behalf.

    Does Zoho support integrations with any other applications?

    Zoho has a number of built in marketplace integrations. In the event that an integration is not available within the Zoho Software, then we at Dynamic Digital Solutions can assist you with any API integrations. The cost of these API integrations will need to be investigated on a case by case basis. Popular integrations include Xero, Square, Intuit QuickBooks and Stripe.

    Do you have a help or support desk?

    At any given point in time you can navigate to our website and initiate a chat. Your chat will then be directed to a representative from Dynamic Digital Solutions who can assist you with your inquiry. In the event that you have reached us after hours, we will endeavour to respond within 24 hours of the time in which the inquiry was received. We are available online Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. Zoho Online Support is also available 24/5 for any standard Zoho Software questions.

    How do you invoice clients?

    Weekly progress invoices are sent to clients for payment within a 7 day period. Our clients then have the option to pay this invoice using QuickFee. With QuickFee you can spread the payments over 4 equal monthly instalments. No credit checks are needed as QuickFee uses the credit you have available in your credit card.
